Spring steel money clip is ready to add any concho.

Before attaching concho, place a small amount of a strong glue
(Gorilla Glue, E6000, etc) in the post on the back of your concho.
Push the post down on the screw and twist the concho 
three to five rotations (different conchos have different length posts)
until concho image is upright compared to the clip.
